| Course Description | This course covers basic concepts, tools, and principles of developing business strategies and analyzing competitive environment. The course aims to develop and understanding of managerial decisions and actions that effect survival and performance of business enterprises. The course focuses on knowledge and skills which hmanagers must possess in order to develop strategies under competitive conditions, position their business, decide on boundaries, and increase success and profitrability in the long run. |
