Course Objectives | The purpose of this course is to inform students on current issues on various maritime areas and limitations of State jurisdiction. In particular, it is aimed to compare foreign states immunity, state officials immunities, diplomatic and consular privileges and immunities. Then, international organizations featuring among the principal actors and subjects of the international community and their functions and activities are to be examined. |
