    Course Objectives The aim of this course is to identify and examine the current issues on labour law and social security law; and to improve the students competency of evaluation within the scope of case law and academic doctrine.
    Learning Outcomes

    The students who succeeded in this course;

    • Students who succeeded in this course will be able to: • Define the basic concepts of labour law and social security law,
    • Determine and examine the current issues on labour law and social security law
    • Analyse the issues within the scope of case law, academic doctrine, as well as the comparative law,
    • Develop solution proposals on analysed issues.
    Course Description The main subjects of the course is about identification and examination of the current issues on labour law and social security law. The controversial court cases and the agenda of the social partners would be taken into account and given priority in determining the major issues.
