| Course Objectives | The aim of this course is to gain the competence to analyze the development of the human rights law case in the light of the fundamental principles and rules of human rights law, within the framework of current problems before human rights mechanisms, especially the European Court of Human Rights and the ability to solve problems in the face of current human rights issues. |
