    Course Objectives The aim of this course is to give information about online search, to analyse the ways of obtaining evidence of crimes committed in cyberspace and the problems of online search in terms of procedural law.
    Learning Outcomes

    The students who succeeded in this course;

    • Apply the basic principles and concepts of Information and Technology Law according to the events and situations they encounter.
    • Analyse the events related to Information and Technology Law systematically.
    • Solve the events and situations that may arise from Information Technologies in accordance with the principles of law.
    • Compare the knowledge gained in the programme with practice
    • Reason the harmonisation of developing information technologies with the legal structure and the contradictions encountered.
    • Define the concepts of globalisation of crimes, cyberspace, online search, cloud law.
    Course Description This course covers the topics of crimes committed in cyberspace and obtaining evidence through online searches.
