Course Objectives | This course aims to teach the procedures and principles of individual application to the Turkish Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights, accompanied by sample court decisions. |

Course Description | In the course, the role of individual application to the Turkish Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights in protecting fundamental rights and freedoms is explained and the individual application method is discussed in detail in the light of the 1982 Constitution, relevant legislative provisions and the decisions of the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights |
