    Course Objectives The aim of this course is to examine the subject of regulatory and supervisory agencies in a more detailed and in-depth manner at the graduate level, which is explained in the subject of administrative organization in the Administrative Law course, one of the basic courses of the Law Faculty.
    Learning Outcomes

    The students who succeeded in this course;

    • Students who have successfully completed this course, • explain the reasons for the emergence of regulatory and supervisory agencies.
    • classify of regulatory and supervisory agencies.
    • explain the legal nature of the activities of regulatory and supervisory agencies.
    • compare the examples of regulatory and supervisory agencies in various countries with the examples in Turkey.
    • will be able to discuss the solutions of legal disputes arising from the activities of regulatory and supervisory agencies.
    Course Description Historical development, common features, types of regulatory and supervisory agencies, the concept of regulation, the emergence in Turkey of these agencies, the independence, powers, legal nature of the activities, administrative and judicial supervision of the these agencies are the topics to be discussed in the course.
