| Course Objectives | It is aimed with this course to evaluate the effects of expanding subcontracted work in enterprises on the rights of labour and labour law as a whole mutually in the light of international and national legislation. |

| Course Description | The content of this course consists of the impacts of ‘’subcontractor’’ on Labor Law and labor rights both in the World and Turkey. Basic topics of this lesson are theconcepts of employee, employer and subcontractor in Labor Law, employer and employee’s rights and obligations which arises from employment contract and the impacts of subcontractor on these rights and obligations, legal provisions of subcontractor and simulation, effects of subcontractoring on fundamental rights and freedoms and social rights in the framework of fundamental principles of Labor Law. |
