Course Objectives To examine competition law founded on regulations that ensure the implementation of the balanced and uniform competition system based on a free market economy
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will comprehend the notion of competition, concerted actions, restrictive and prohibitive agreements and basic notions such as abuse of dominant position.
  • Will comprehend the Law On The Protection Of Competition No. 4054; the code’s purpose which emphasizes the need of regulation in product and service market.
  • Will obtain information about controlling and prevention of enterprise’s abuse of dominant position.
  • Will understand the terms of exemption, individual exemption, and group exemption
  • Will have information about enterprises and associations of enterprises in Competition Law
  • Will be aware of the sanctions in violation of Competition
  • Will be able to solve the problems on Competition Law
