Course Objectives Objective of this course is to examine and evaluate mergers, divisions and type alterations of partnerships within the frame of Turkish Commercial Code Number 6102.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Students who successfully complete this course will be able to;
  • Identify the notions of mergers, divisions and type alterations.
  • Identify valid merger transactions.
  • Explain merger transactions.
  • Solve problems about partner's and claimant's rights which occur during merger transaction.
  • Apprehend division process.
  • Discuss principals, disadvantages and advantages of type alterations.
Course Description This course consists of principals of mergers, divisions and type alterations within the frame of Turkish Commercal Code.
