Course Objectives | The course objective is the legal evaluation of the term psyhological harassment in the workplace, a subject that gained importance recently, that became quite familiar and that seriously damages the health of the employees and; the analysis of the rights of the victims arising from labor law. |

Course Description | In line with the objective, the course will begin with the conceptual analysis of the psychological harassment. The legal situation in comparative law shall be reviewed. The employer’s duty of care and equal treatment will be evaluated. The course then analyse the right to compensation, termination of the contract of employment and refuse/stop work, as the rights of the workers. The students will be required to make the assesment on how to fill the legal loophole by the help of the decisions made by the court worldwide. |
