Course Objectives | The objective of this course is to increase understanding notions and legislation of e-setting, e-government, e-commerce, e-sign because of increasing applications of these, analyse of e-contracts, examine unfair competition and intellectual property rights on the electronic media, study personal rights on internet and proteciton of these rights and legal responsibility of internet broadcasting. |
