Course Objectives It is aimed with this course to raise awareness and to advance the knowledge about legal ethics and legal responsibilities of advocates, prosecutors and judges.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Students will be able to:
  • Examine how the justice may be provided in the legal practice
  • Explain the meaning and the importance of legal ethics to secure justice and legal responsibilities of judges, prosecutors and advocates of judiciary.
  • Report on domestic and international law regarding legal ethics and responsibilities of lawyers
  • Evaluate legal ethics for judges, prosecutor and advocates with in the context of basic judicial principles.
  • Examine case about legal ethics and responsibility.
  • Put forward proposals to change rules and practice in a positive way.
