Course Objectives The aim of the course is to help health institutions managers in solving any law based issues that they may be faced during the management of organizations they are working for. The course designed to reach its aims with help case analysis and examples of health specific law suits. Addition to this, the course also aims to cover ethical issues and principles of ethics in healthcare management.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Explain the principles of healthcare law
  • Define the concept of responsibility in healthcare law
  • Solve problems based on law
  • Define the relationship between healthcare services and ethics,
  • Analyze and conclude on ethical issues in the field of healthcare institutions
Course Description The course will be covered in two halves. In the first half, it will cover the content of law in healthcare management and in the second half it will cover the details about ethics in healthcare management.
