| Course Objectives | The aim of this course is to explain the limitations of the legal capacity and disposition power of married persons within the framework of the Turkish Civil Code and the Turkish Code of Obligations, and to discuss the controversial points in practice. |

| Course Description | Within the scope of this course, subjects such as the transactions that can be made with the consent of the spouse, the way the consent is given, the effect of not obtaining the consent on the validity of the transaction with the third party will be discussed. |
