Course Objectives • To provide knowledge on the process of human behavior, • To have knowledge on culture and cultural differences and proper communication methods to overcome resistance in changes, • To be able to communicate effectively, • To facilitate solutions to communication related problems encountered in work life and private life, • To provide ability to manage relations and communications between individuals.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
Course Description Learning physiology, basic characteristics of Adult Education, Curriculum Planning, Training Techniques, Training Tools, Measurement and Evaluation, Employee Training Related Legislation, Introduction to Behavioral Sciences, Behavioral Sciences Research Methods, learning, motivation, personality, perception, attitudes, Contact definition and elements, verbal communication, nonverbal communication, written communication, empathy, asertivness, Culture, Social Behavior and Organizations, assertiveness.
