About the Programs
Today, the discipline of architecture undergoes significant transformations both in practice and in the theoretical level with the development of computer technologies and the notion of globalization and sustainability. In this context, the areas of expertise and scope of architecture are transformed and new research areas are emerging. The courses in the master's program emphasize the relationship between architecture and other disciplines as well as associating contemporary theories and critiques with architectural production. The program aims to produce research that reflects the development of the discipline on a global level, especially from specific local contexts. It is aimed that the graduates take active role as experts who can play a role in the new formation of the profession.
