    Course Objectives This course aims at enhancing the knowledge of students about the content and practice of managerial approaches proposed for dealing with current managerial issues.
    Learning Outcomes

    The students who succeeded in this course;

    • Discuss what management approaches suggest

    • Approach managerial ideas from a critical perspective
    • Become familiar with real-life managerial experiences
    • Improve their managerial skills
    Course Description The course contains current business challenges and managerial approaches. Adopting an analytical view, it examines the organizational dimensions, such as the structure, strategy, technology, culture, and size, in interaction with each other, and with environmental factors. Various organization theories, such as structural contingency, resource dependence, transaction cost, population ecology, institutionalism, and organizational network are also comparatively discussed. Additionally, the course includes a discussion of managerial ideas proposed to resolve current business problems.
