Course Objectives | The objective of this course is to review the provisions on BoD Members in Joint Stock\nCorporations, which have been renewed considerably through Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102. |

Course Description | Formation of executive boards in incorporations, requirements of becoming a member of executive board, functions and operation of the executive board, executive board in single incorporations, principles of legal responsibility of members of executive boards, duties of members of executive boards, termination of membership in executive boards, corporate management and executive boards meeting through electronic media constitute the contents of this course. |
