Course Objectives To explain, interpret and manage the set of managerial decisions and actions, reactions as well as interactions which all determine the long term performance of a corporation whether it is local, national or international.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to define fundamental concepts related to strategy and strategic management
  • Will be able to explain the major determinants of getting competitive advantage in today’s VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity) world
  • Will be able to develop strategic plan for organizations
  • Will be able to define possible challenges in strategy implementation with possible solutions
  • Will be able to explain control tools for evaluating the success of strategic management process
