Course Description | In joint stock companies, there is a system of rights that can only be exercised by the shareholders. Within the scope of this course, the non-equity rights of the shareholders will be examined as a whole within the aforementioned rights system. Particularly, the participation and auditing rights of the shareholders will be evaluated within the framework of the economic analysis of the law. Shareholders' right to participate and audit will be examined independently. |
