Course Objectives The ultimate goal of this course is to know what the fundamental rights are in cases relating to private law and also know how to protect them. Therefore, we must examine the legal texts and tools (constitution, European Convention on Human Rights etc..) and their applications. As the cornerstone of the way of individual application (constitutional complaint) before the Constitutional Court, the case law of the European Court of Human Rights also provides a vast and rich source. In the light of the European Convention on Human Rights, the fundamental rights, which should be protected in the private law disputes, will be examined in connection with the case law related articles.
