Course Objectives | The objective of this course is to examine the employment (service) contracts’ parties’ fundamental rights arising from the contract. |

Course Description | Within the scope of this course, the fundamental rights arising from the service relationship, such as the employer’s right to govern and its limits, duty of care of the worker, the worker’s duty of loyalty, non-compete agreements, the worker’s private life and protection of personal data, mobbing (psychological harassment), syndical rights, obligation of equal treatment will be examined. |
