Course Objectives The aim of this course is to examine the principle of capital protection in all its dimensions in joint stock and limited liability companies.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Define the concepts of limited liability and capital.
  • Explain the provisions protecting capital.
  • Discuss the principle of capital protection.
  • Compare the principle of capital protection in terms of joint stock and limited liability companies.
  • Evaluate the subject as a whole within the framework of case law.
Course Description Within the context of this course, the concept of capital in joint stock and limited liability companies will be explained in order to discuss the principles of capital and capital protection and to demonstrate the importance of capital protection with the relevant court decisions.
