Course Objectives The objective of this course is to prepare students for the PhD thesis, by focusing on their writing and analytical skills. This course encourages students to identify and present a research subject.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Identify a preliminary research question,
  • Review the literature related to the research question,
  • Evaluate the existing researches in the literature,
  • Critically analyze the literature,
  • Present preliminary findings.
Course Description This course provides PhD students with a setting to explore the literature in their area of study. The course serves as an introduction to academic research for graduate students.
