*In order to graduate from the master program with the thesis, the students are required to take 2 elective courses per semester from the elective course list.

**GS 591 and GS 595 courses that will be offered each semester. Students are required to take the GS 591 course within the first semester, and the GS 595 course within the second semester they enroll in the master's program.
